Very poor customer services, I went there for a Coffee and they said that there were not taking more orders bcs they went out coffee and food. Quality employees- Quality customers= Quality business.
ran out of almond milk, oat milk, bacon, flavors. had an issue with the food and very slow. was only 12pm on a Sunday. staff was otherwise friendly and polite

do not go to this location if you want your order to be correct. i ordered a hot chocolate with no whip cream and i got warm milk with whip cream, IT CAME HALF FILLED TOO. the hashbrowns are almost always cold to the touch. i love the workers tho, they show much care for the customers. just dont leave without checking your food first.

There’s some good workers but when the bad workers are there it suck’s. Can’t take the chance on ordering here. Not reliable and the same drink is always different. For the price it’s a waste of time.

Wow just incredibly incompetent. Slow. Skipping this location
Even though I live closer to this location I will Normally always go to the mount pocono location . Everytime I order from this location my coffee is messed up I normally get 5 caramels in my iced coffee why when I get it it taste like there’s none or when I get hot coffee I get sugar and again it taste like there is none. The hot coffee normally taste burnt . I know to the employees it just may be coffee but to the people getting it it’s a start to there long days at work at least TRY to make it right

I’ve been a loyal customer at this Dunkin’ for two years, and each visit leaves me disappointed in the customer experience. I have yet to receive a simple “good morning,” and on multiple occasions, my mobile order has been completely wrong. Common issues include receiving the wrong donut and finding no napkins with my order.
As a former manager and barista, I know the importance of consistent effort, especially in a high-traffic location like this one. There’s a lot of potential here, but the experience falls short due to the lack of attentiveness and customer-centricity. A little more attention to detail and a focus on friendly service could make a huge difference.

I ordered a bacon egg n cheese on a Rasin cinnamon bagel with butter went, I check my order it was jst plain bagel

This has to be by far one of the worst Dunkin’ Donuts probably on earth, service is slow , food is hard and nasty , and then on top of all that you still have stuff missing, it’s sad cause I leave so close to here and thought it would be convenient! Nope !!! I have to drive 5 mins further to the other Dunkin that does 100000% better than this hole in the wall
