I’m a regular customer that spends $50-$70 here a month but not anymore today I ordered a coffee in advance. They didn’t make it till I got there. They screwed it up for the second time this week. It tasted really bad. Don’t go here. I learned my lesson

It’s like they hire a bunch of people who has never worked a day in their lives or people who don’t wanna work,75% of the time the order is never right me and my wife have to wonder all the time if the order is correct, I once waited 15 min for a coffee and sandwich with no one else in front of me

Waited for about 10 minutes just to get my coffee and another ten minutes to get my food. Got to my job site and realized they gave me the wrong food, apparently gave me somebody else's. I don't know. Granted that they were a little busy, but I only ordered three things.

Food was ok. But one donut was inedible as they placed it icing down in the bag with no wax paper. When we tried to remove the donuts from bag and hour later (and 60 +miles away so we couldn't go back) the whole top of the donut stuck to the bottom inside of bag. (It was a Boston kreme)
So that was a bummer 😕
If they had put it icing up in the bag or kept the wax paper over the icing it would've been OK. Hence the low stars for service. Completely avoidable. And the girl who loaded the bag was likely on management team as she was talking about doing the bank run. She should know better -it was just careless.

If I could give zero stars, I would, they are supposedly short-staffed with 5 people working on everything but customers inside . No one acknowledges you and the kiosk is difficult to maneuver. Never again

I come here everyday and meet a new person every time. They have a higher turnover rate than a holding cell in county jail. Other than that they are consistent which is all that matters I suppose

My husband stopped to pick up a few donuts on Saturday, the 16th of August in Tobyhanna PA. On Sterling Rd. It was the person chaos at the drive thu window. Nobody (staff) did not know what they were doing. I don't care if every staff member was a new employee. It looked as if there was NO supervision in sight!!! The Boston Creams (2) thrown in the bag of course the chocolate topping peeled off onto the bag. Obviously what's required is better training and supervision.
So in the future I'll go to the MT Pocono store instead for now on.

Worst experience in a drive thru or a Dunkin ever. We waited 25 min behind 4 cars in the drive thru for completed service. First red flag. Then we ordered the brown sugar shaken espresso after we had paid they gave us our drinks and said they had to make them with almond milk instead of asking us if we even wanted it still or atleast wanted a different milk alternative. Drink was disgusting and we deserved that info and choice before they were given to us so we could have not wasted our money. We are from out of town passing by un able to return to get anything refund or anything remade for the money they stole from us. The worst part is I ordered my chipotle wrap, as they didn’t put chipotle on it I checked before we left the window and they remade it and also forgot to put chipotle on my wrap again making it completely in edible and unfortunately we had put some trust on them and left thinking there was no way they remade the remake wrong. Basically just the worst service ever we completely get ripped
Off and the next dunkin we passed wouldn’t even remake our stuff right. Forcing us to pay money for product they didn’t make correctly is insane and not disclosing that information to us considering we are paying customers is crazy. I’m extra salty as it was my birthday and I had wasted 30 min in the chaotic unorganized and poorly managed drive thru just to get ripped off and not be able to returns it was completely out of our way to go back and no one should EVER waste that much time in a Dunkin drive thru. Or atleast a new Dunkin should honor fixing a messed up order like Tim hortons does . Anyway thanks for wasting an hour of my life and giving us the worst service guys good luck. Hopefully you can learn to do better
