Trini Vibes Caribbean Cuisine LLC

I'm from Jersey and went to the Poconos for my birthday. I wanted something good and simple to eat at the resort. This place was it! It was a Thursday, so I chose the BBQ chicken and rice n peas. Delicious!!!! I'm glad I got the Buss-up roti with veggies (pumpkin n spinach). My goodness!!! The flavors!!! Nothing I ate was overly salty or spicy. I wish I lived close by. I would definitely go back. Highly recommend!

Great roti! In the Netherlands we are used to Surinam roti but this Trinidad version of it tasks just as great. Friendly service.

We ordered the chicken roti and BBQ chicken with white rice and we were not disappointed! The chicken and potatoes (with spinach and pumpkin) were perfectly seasoned and the roti itself was gigantic and perfectly made. If we were locals we would be back regularly! If you are doubting this place, I suggest you give it a try. It is a family owned restaurant and the service was great, everyone was very nice and they explained the best way to eat our meal even though we arrived just before closing. What a little gem tucked in the mountain.

I just had to leave a review after reading the reviews and my experience. I was apprehensive about going here to eat after some of the review, especially because I live 40+ minutes away, but I am so happy I did. I just finished having some of my order; rasta pasta, jerked chicken, rice and peas, cabbage and a beef pie...ladies and gentlemen THIS FOOD IS AMAZING!!!! The pie is so buttery and flakey EVEN AFTER MY ENTIRE DRIVE HOME. The food is seasoned perfectly and IT WAS STILL HOT WHEN I GOT IN. Despite other peoples experience, bet on yourself and check it out! It is indeed worth it.!!

I was super excited to have a Trini restaurant in the area,especially being a Trini. I got a large curry goat and it was so tasteless,the goat wasn't as tender as one would hope. White rice lacked salt (how do you mess up rice that came out a rice cooker) the cabbage was so soggy. My sister got a chicken roti and once again no taste,doubles was nasty as well. The best tasting thing I had was the red solo.

Every meal I've bought from this restaurant I enjoyed to fullest??. Curry goat roti, bake and salt fish is my favorite. I always start of with soup of the day then on to a meal. More power to the owner and staff. ??❤
