Often missing ingredients or other items. One time they ran out of lids for the cups. It has gotten significantly better lately.
The people here were so nice and so helpful!!! I have a severe vision impairment and struggled a bit with the app, but they helped me order exactly what we'd wanted and make sure everything was right - and they were just so friendly and kind! Thank you so much to every single member of the crew working about 8:00 am on Sunday, July 5, and thank you to each of them for working the morning shift on a holiday weekend, too! Every one of you is fabulous!
The crew here is AMAZING! I visit every morning and no matter how busy they are they have great attitudes and attention to detail no matter how busy! The store is always clean and my drinks always delicious!
