I recently ordered food from here in which all three meals were incorrect or missing items. I called back and asked for a manager the manager said that they can only issue a $3 refund and they could not remake the food as ordered. Waited patiently for almost 40 minutes to get a incorrect order and terrible service and soggy food and then eventually hung up on this place keeps going downhill all in all not satisfied as a customer I come here quite often too and it seems to only get worse.

As soon as i walked in there was a clean, family friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Kalliegh, my server, was very cordial and joyous. The Food was Great and the Portions even Greater.

We ordered, waited an hour and never got our food. People who arrived after us got their food, and the waitress never came back after taking our order (which also took a while). No drink refills or anything. There were empty tables, so they can't use being busy as an excuse. This is the first restaurant we have ever walked out of...not coming back here again.

The place was understaffed, and with a large group eating there were a few mistakes that were made; half frozen sandwiches, and some meals were undercooked. This was not a good place to try to plan ahead for, the staff was unsure if they could handle a large group of 20 people.
Stopped kind of late about 7 pm and we were treated very nicely and never felt the we're trying to go home rush,

Family Ties Restaurant is an old landmark in Townville. They serve traditional home-style food. Recently I ordered the Atlantic Fried Cod Dinner and it was delicious. They also serve tasty soft serve ice cream!
