Dave's Place is a family-friendly restaurant with a nostalgic charm. The prices have increased, but the portions, especially for soft serve ice cream, are generous. The mess fries, topped with real bacon and sweet chili, are highly recommended. The location offers easy parking and is wheelchair accessible. While the place could use more seating and a cosmetic update, it remains a great spot to enjoy a meal, treat yourself to ice cream, and make lasting memories with loved ones, just like many have done for over 20 years.
