Where do I even begin with this review… They’re are a plethora of things that need to stop going unnoticed. I was here at around dinner time and our server was Christy and she was unpleasant to cooperate with, her mannerisms were blunt and straight forward and to add onto that she was doing the bare minimum. It felt like she just wanted to get rid of us and go. She also refused to split our check because of the 2 for 26 deal we had on our receipt (i’ve had other servers that have been able to split it before) and the overall experience could’ve been better, it’s been better.

We usually frequent the cedar crest but decided to try the trexlertown location out of convenience. Unfortunately, we had to deal with issues on our visit. Dirty silverware and not just water marks, dried old cheese on plate that didn't get cleaned off. We should've left but we made the best out of the situation. The server didn't make substitutions for our dietary restrictions and instead chose to upsell and charge us for the alternative side of choice. Our server also was more attentive to her co-worker's table than us. Coming from the hospitality industry, this visit was a huge let down, and we paid cash and left.

I never was a fan of this Applebees I normally do the one on cedar crest but I decided to give them another chance I did a curbside order and I arrived 2 minutes after the time they said it was done called them and they said they’ll be right out. 30 minutes later I called them again because they never brought it out. To top it off when I got my food 3 of the meats I got was undercooked abd really pink. When I specifically added for my meats to be well done no pink. And here is the kicker MY BROCCOLI THAT I GOT WITH MY ORDERS WAS MOLDED!! Disgusted is not the word for this place I will be calling them to make a complaint !!

Dear Corporate Leadership of Applebee’s- I’d like to take a moment to write a review about how my day was saved by the people at this location.- Let me create the setting - it’s Valentine Day 2024 8pm . My Wife was not feeling well earlier in the day. So much so , we go to the ER and we spend the entire day there. Hungry , I order food online to pick up , thinking we’re going to leave soon and we don’t - as the discharge takes longer than expected. Our pick time has gone and past, Im already coming to realization that our food will be cold when we get there. We arrive around 8pm . The Manager comes out and asks us- “ do you want the food recooked ?” I’m already thinking I have to reheat my food at home , so to hear her say that was a pleasant surprise to a not so good VDday. We say Yes, wait a little longer and our food and it’s aroma filled our car with delicious goodness. We got home , food is delicious, my wife is happy, and our day was salvaged by the wonderful Manager and her team at Applebee’s Trexlertown, PA Location.
Some one was letting their kid watch some show a phone on full volume, tell people not to do that because it disturbs other customers. Food is pre packaged and probably pre cooked. Crazy prices for frozen food I

Highly let down. ordered a salad Soaked in dressing I had to give it back. truly a let down. Bar tender was very understanding. she apologized for it. She Took it off my bill. I'm disappointed due to at No time at all did a manger come out to apologize for it. Nor did i see the manager on duty. Signs up stating if no gift cards are offered free appetizer your next time. Nothing was mentioned of it to us. just truly let down by the experience we had.Bar tender was Amazing. She was the only person behind the bar making drinks & taking orders on a Saturday night. She is probably the only reason we would return. Excellent customer service! A+++++

Went on Veterans day. Very busy, but we expected a wait. Ordered a 6oz sirloin from the Free Vet's menu. I guess you get what you pay for. It wasn't inedible, but it was sorely under seasoned, the broccoli was barely cooked and the mashed potatoes tasted dry. Staff was very helpful and attentive though. My wife's food was excellent and the appetizers were on point. I think my meal was the exception, not the rule. We all have a bad day, right?4 stars only because it wasn't as good as it usually is.
