My server Melissa was amazing. Her hospitality and personality was exceptional. Me and my wife will definitely be returning for her service.
Our waitress is Sue she is by far the most personable person to have ever waited on us so attentive to our needs and makes you feel really welcomed there at no time was she ever rude or disregarding to us we travel a hour away to come and eat there only for her to be our waitress really wish more waitresses were as welcoming as she is to her customers thank you for hiring a great lady
It use to be a great experience walking in.. but today they dropped the ball.. At the door not greeting at all. The Staff was just standing there with a Big and very uncomfortable look on there faces. My 7 year old ask them about the sign they have for the Children with Cancer.. they totally ignored here. Actually the girl turned her back to her. More Training is in need... Indeed... on a positive note my server was excellent.

There have been instances where food has been forgotten or disposed of before customers could take it home. However, the staff is recognized for their exceptional customer service, with employees like Joe, who provided outstanding service with a huge smile and great passion for his job. There was also a positive experience where the manager went above and beyond to ensure a customer's Valentine's Day was not ruined by re-heating delayed takeout food. Although some meals, like the Whole Lotta Bacon Burger, have been reported as overcooked, management provided a discount when the issue was raised. Despite some shortcomings, the staff's attentiveness and willingness to accommodate customers' needs are commendable, making this location exceptional compared to others.
