“We LOVE Suzy Jo Donuts! It's a great small business that makes simple, delicious donuts. My favorite donut is a chocolate glazed yeasted. They make it so the donut part is soft and pillowy, and they don't skimp on the glaze which is *very* important to me. The size of the donuts are very reasonable and they taste fresh every single time. My only recommendation is maybe come up with a fun, new unfamiliar flavor every once in a while? For example, matcha is big these days, ube is as well, a dulce de leche donut could be cool, a chocolate blackout donut, or even a donut with tropical flavors.The ladies behind the counter are usually very kind and offer my littles free donut holes when we go...which is really really nice for us parents who need to wrangle the kids all day every day and this just adds a little bit of sunshine to the day. Also, bonus points, it was very nice of the biz to offer donuts at half price when there was a pile of snow on the roads around Fat Tuesday this year. Thanks Suzy Jo Donuts! :)“

“they never mess up my food. if they don't have anything left of what i ordered, they'll give me something to replace it and a little more everytime. sometimes i don't even feel like having coffee but saying hi to them and smile with them everyday makes it worth it to go.“

“Dear Mr B. I thank God for you. All I can say is thank you. He was so gracious, and the managers looked out for me as I counted out change for gas. Mr B thank you for helping me get enough gas to get home. Plus they donated a cup of coffee and a donut while I was counting out my change. I kept apologizing because I was embarrassed after being let go from my job. The change was from my tips accumulated over the last few weeks. I HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH WHAT I AM ABOUT TO EXPLAINThis Dunkin was the first ever place I went to get iced coffee for the first time. A man named Sam, who works at this Dunkin, is great. He from the very beginning is good at his job any order I’ve made with him, he’s made perfectly. Whether it’s a mocha, cold brew, or latte he made the excellently. He’s also made some bacon and I REALLY love it. He also is fun to talk to personally and my family like talking to him too.This place is amazing, please go. And little note to any place you go be a respectful, nice customer.?

Parking: I never have a problem with parking.

“Slow service for a full staff. They move at a sluggish pace. The atmosphere is quiet in the dining room, lots of empty seats great for introverts. They should put up the AC though, it was super hot that even the workers had to use a fan.

Dining room is a little messy, but i came while they were cleaning so Im not going to subtract a star.“

“Its a gas station. Dunkin Donuts. What do you expect?Its hit or miss. But I have to say the one bearded younger man who works there has always been more than professional even friendly with me. Always seeing him keep the place clean, and when he's working Im confident the coffee won't have that old taste like they haven't cleaned the machines enough.“

They should also sell mints or mint gum, if folks are going somewhere they might not want coffee breath. But otherwise

“Food and coffee are always solid — no complaints there. But every time I come in, the vibe from the staff feels... heavy. No greeting, no eye contact, just a hand-off and silence. I still gave 5 stars because I know people go through things, but I really hope management uplifts the team. A smile or a simple 'good morning' would go a long way. Dunkin’s supposed to be the spark to start your day — I want that for them too.“
