I used to be a weekly customer at this store but recently had an extremely disappointing experience with the store manager. The drinks have gone downhill, and as someone who’s worked at another location, I can say they don’t even brew their cold brew correctly. I’d recommend going to the store down the street instead. The manager’s behavior alone makes this location not worth supporting.

This place doesn’t feel like it's for customers—it feels more like a playground for the Starbucks crew. They shout at each other across the store, joke around loudly, and even sing along to the music at full volume, paying little attention to the comfort of the customers.

Even when washing dishes or cleaning, they make unnecessarily loud noises, and the music is often played at a volume that is painful to the ears. I love Starbucks, but I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location.

There’s an elderly couple who visits frequently, and every time they walk in, their eyes widen with clear discomfort. I suspect they, too, may stop coming soon. I believe Starbucks should place greater emphasis on crew training and attitude.

This store is in a great location and has a beautifully designed interior, but every time I visit, there are only two or three groups of customers at most. I strongly believe this is due to the crew's behavior.

I truly hope Starbucks can return to being a welcoming and comfortable space for the community.

Asked for a Lavender Frappe with extra lavender and even made sure to repeat that it be extra only to receive a Frappe that's not even purple with no lavender or barely any in there. This is unacceptable and I will NOT be returning here. I should receive exactly what I paid for.

What was once a warm welcoming environment is now a mess of people who seem to know little about what they’re doing. The best baristas who were always fun and inviting left. Seems like new management has run this place into the ground.

This starbucks has seemed to go downhill as far as quality and atmosphere in the cafe. I am a regular at this location and most of the friendly and happy baristas have left. Ever since the change in management happened, overall quality has gone down tremendously.

Starbucks overall has good drinks and the food items are decent. The issue I had on this particular trip was a total lack of quality on the drink order. Prices are increasing and some stores seem to have less enthusiastic workers. Don't fill a drink up half way and just add more milk or cream to make it look like a full drink. A customer should not have to contact or tag a store for issues like this. My drink was half filled and just topped off with more cream. I specifically requested a small amount of cold foam but instead got half a drink and more cold foam.

Parking: Parking in the stores parking lot, this is a large shopping center but parking next to the store, is in the same path as the drive through. If there is a line of cars in the drive through, you have to hope someone let's you back out.

The food is always delcious here. Since we came toward the end of the brunch, some of the food was cold. Which is to be expected. However, a lot of the dishes were amazing. I really suggest the Texas Chili and the Salmon. It is definitely worth the price since they use quality ingredients. There is so much selection for the Brunch Buffet on Saturday. They have really good desserts as well. I highly suggest going for brunch.
