Service has gone to absolute crap since the new owners took over. Your staff is slow and looks like a deer in headlights. 5 people in there this morning and no one working with any hustle. Constantly messing up orders and running out of donuts...you sell coffee and donuts, it shouldn't be that difficult.
My suggestion is you close until you train your staff properly.
I keep trying to go back thinking that they will get their act together. The new “crew” at Dunkin has some serious improvements to make. It takes forever to get your order now, it is almost always wrong, and the handful of employees they have behind the counter seem to just stand around rather than ensure good customer service and correct coffee orders. I rather go to work with no coffee than endure sitting in the drive thru for 15 mins just to get what I didn’t order.
Waited in th drive thru for 25 minutes and they tried to give me 2 separate orders that weren’t mine. Today my large hot tea with cream and sugar was only 2/3 full with no cream or sugar. Missing Manish and the gang. Five star before now.
