The waitstaff went out of their way to accommodate our requests. Service was above and beyond our expectations. The food was very good.

Our food was delicious and our server Chris was very friendly and efficient, excellent meal.
We reserved for inside but it was such nice weather we asked to sit on the patio and they were nice enough to get us an outside table. There were 5 of us and we all loved the food and drinks. The service was perfect. What a nice time we all had!!

My first time at this restaurant it was my Mother's Day gift from my son. The food was excellent. and the service was great. I Highly recommend dinning here.
They put onions in everything. Even the Caesar salad. No where on the menu is this mentioned. The food was honestly not eatable. Had crab scampi. No garlic or butter but chock full of onion. I had bread. That was the only thing they had that I could eat that had no onions.
Food was excellent and came out quickly. The cocktail menu was a highlight of the evening! Fresh VA oysters made for a great start to our meal!

Waitress Jordan was fabulous, the entire staff was great, food was delicious, we will absolutely be going back!
Maya was an amazing server! She was knowledgeable about the menu, personable, and seemed to take pride in her job. I am glad that we came to celebrate at Fire and Ice. The Perfect Pear martini was awesome! Our five party group was satisfied with our meals, drinks, and dessert. We are going to come back for another outing.

Food is good. It does take some time to get your food, so you have to plan accordingly. Service
is always friendly. We like the atmosphere. Have dined here quite a bit over the years. Have noticed somewhat of a decline in the food though over the more recent years.
