unreliable service, orders always wrong or missing food. So called manager that answered phone making excuses and don't believe she was even the manager because they dress differently and HE was outside having a cigarette when we pulled in.
Went thru drive thru at 8:30 with an online order, sat in the line for 20 min, then they shut down the drive thru. I had to honk the horn at the window and show I had a mobile order. They fulfilled it, but the chicken sand was cold and the fries were disgusting! Never going there again!
Tried to get mini shakes at 9:30 pm but the shake machine was shut down for the night. Hmm, the store remains open for a half hour or more (not sure closing time due to Covid) yet they shut the shake machine off. Like WTF? The food sucks, they heat the burgers in the microwave when you order and the staff all need lessons in politeness. The one decent thing they serve is the shakes. Honestly, they should close shop and have a better fast food joint take over the building.
