As soon as I walked in I noticed how clean the place was, even places that are definitely out of the way to even reach were spotless. The nice lady who made my sub was extremely helpful, probably the most welcoming subway I’ve ever been in. Thank you!

Asked for loaded baked potato soup and get home to see they gave me broccoli and cheddar wasted my money

Ordered a turkey hoagie with extra tomatoes. When got home there were no extra tomatoes and, infact, not even lettuce. Checked order skip and both items were listed. Not happy with what I received.

"Get a footlong for $6.99" Nope. I got the Subway club, which is not listed on the excluded subs list.
When I went to use the coupon they said something like it is only valid on like single meat subs? Weird, because I've used the same coupon for the same sandwich at other Subways without issue.
In the end, it seems as if they were saying this particular Subway is not a "participating" restaurant. Ok, if you want to run your restaurant like that, you get 1 star from me. Totally disappointed.
