I love going to the Tioga Bistro when I'm back in town; I grew up here but we never had any cool little restaurants like this one downtown as a kid. Im in the area for work and made a special trip into town just to have lunch. Great food at a fair price. Today I had a large bowl of pumpkin soup.......amazing. Wow, this place is a winner. Probably the only downside is there isn't enough room for all the regulars who come here. The food and service are great!!! A personal favorite. Love this place.
