I had 9 rounds of radiation with 2 surgeries...they would not bring my food to the 2nd floor...
I had drains in my neck from my previous surgery.. The driver was out side screaming and yelling about I have to walk down to get my foood.. Fox's Pizza Mama meatballs pizza and a bunch of other pizza places came to my door with smiles..
If you live in a apartment complex don't order from them you will get an attitude cluster attitude comes with ignorance... Order from mama meatballs or foxes pizza they will bring you meal to the door

I ordered two pizzas and waited two hours for them to arrive. I had a house full of guests eagerly waiting to eat. Adults and kids! When I placed the order, I was told I would only have to wait an hour. At no point did they offer me the option to pick up my pizzas due to a shortage of staff.
The person I spoke with was extremely unprofessional, and hostile, and displayed no remorse. She explained, "It will get there whenever it gets there. I've already spoken to you twice." To make matters worse, she hung up on me and told me to have a good night! I called to place my order, then again at the one-hour mark, and again at an hour and a half. Each time, she was disrespectful, and I feel that life is too challenging to pay for such terrible customer service.
In the end, I never even got a chance to try the pizza. She mentioned they were down one delivery driver after our conversation. I would not recommend ordering from this place at all if you value where you spend your money. I have never experienced such terrible service. I'm saddened by the lack of value they placed on their customers.

Rude staff that make you feel like it's your fault that they didn't call and tell you that something wasn't available and would I like something else in place of that item. When called to explain that an item was wrong, was told "you have your food now and you're gonna eat it!" No...they gave me a double order of one thing...was very rude on the phone, the manager is sweet...but the other chick is ...well...not something I'll post publicly...but you can use your imagination. At most, whoever this person is, needs to learn CUSTOMER SERVICE....If she's allowed to continue to talk to customers in this manner, the pizza shop is going to lose a lot of business!
