First time trying and love the tenders pretty good. Love their puffy breadsticks. Really no complaints. Kinda hard to understand sometimes but oh is well. Tried out the breadsticks, chicken tenders, popcorn chicken, and mozallera sticks. Pretty good!

They messed my order up and gave me SUCH a hard time about it ! Kept hanging up kept asking the same questions when I made it clear the first time that the order couldn’t have been mine because I don’t eat beef neither does my family. They hung up I called back the next morning they only brought half of the order STILL . They need to work on communication

Placed a order online for pickup for a lrg cheese pizza never received a conformation email but my card was charged. I go inside to pick it up and there is no order. Their only excuse is its been messing up. Now I have to go spend more money elsewhere & have to wait days for a refund.

Terrible!!! My pizza didn’t come for 2 hours. They didn’t give any accommodation and stopped answering the phone.
That’s unacceptable! And if my kids weren’t already waiting I would’ve denied the pizza. And the pizzas are cold!! Never again.

The best rigatoni Broc/chicken white sauce I ever had. The portion was epic! The Housemade Italian dressing was excellent as well. We will return with our family and friends! Roxann was a friendly waitress !

Pizza Palermo’s is a good place to eat and the girl that works on Wednesday nights. The phone girl has very good customer service skills and I would definitely eat there again
Ordered a large Pizza with pepperoni small garden salad picked it up, when I got home and discovered it was the wrong order I called them, the manager asked me what I wanted him to do, totally dissatisfied, I'm finding a new place to order from, ordered today, hardly any cheese, the dough tasted old, I'm totally over this place, I have ordered from the Crafton Ingram location from work and they are great, nothing like this place, it had gone totally down the tube's, definitely off of my list for orders
