I used to come here every Monday night for wing night. Amazing food and during summer you are able to sit outside. Live entertainment was awesome as well.

Cousin Henry says good food
Stopped today around 1:15 pm ,we were out for a motorcycle ride to the country, placed a order for chicken in basket & waiter ask if I wanted special sauce, but I asked her what kind do you have ? She didn't know or wasn't interested in telling me, got our food but no silverware had to ask another waiter, never seen our waiter again while there ..then our waiter never came back with our check even, waited ,waited, finally I got up went to the bar & said I need to pay table # 22..& the bartender rang it up for us..could have walked away without even paying in this joint ,food ok very hard crust on chicken tenders have to pull it off if ya get a fork, not to happy but what can ya do..made the best of it ,beautiful day.

I’ve only been there once. The food was ok.
However the trivia night was a lot of fun.
Ordered a pizza and I'm allergic to onions....sooo the pizza come out with onions on it... explain to the polite waitress I would never have ordered onions on any of my food..... kind enough they make me another pizza but this 1 comes out with half RAW dough... sorry I know you're a busy place but good food take time ..
Fast food is from McDonald's. .
Take your time and make quality food so no one get sick. ..RJ
My Girlfriend is from Carbondale. And we went up for a visit. And Arlo's to me is in the middle of nowhere. But what a great place. Food and service was fantastic. And saw one of the best bands I've seen in a very long time. Heading back up there this weekend !

Good place considering where we are located

Their cooked food selection is at an all time low unless they sell out of their sammiches every day just before I arrive ?
Ordered a large pizza by phone. When I got there & opened the pizza box it was the worst pizza I ever saw. It looked mountains & valleys on the whole pie. I complained & they made me a new pizza & when I got home it was the same but they poked the hills & they were flat but no sauce or cheese on them. The pizza was the worst pie we ever had. My wife added spices to it but it still had no taste & was dry because they had barely put any sauce on the pie. A frozen supermarket pizza would've tasted better & this pizza was a waste of money ($17.00). This was the first & last time I will order a pie from them. I can't wait until B & E Scoops opens full time as their pizza is great.

We love Arlos. We bring our two little kids often. The pizza and pierogis are great and the country store is awesome, especially the ice cream! The waitresses are outstanding. They run circles around Philly area servers. I’ve never seen such hardworking waitstaff. They always give us a warm welcome. The live music is top notch. So grateful for this wonderful spot.

Ordered $50 worth of food to go. Confirmed my order, paid for my order. Was given 2 bags, and I asked if everything I ordered was in the two bags, and was told yes! Drove all the way home (15 minutes or so) any my Wife’s $6 BLT was no where to be found. I called and was told that they forgot to put it in the bag. I said I was on my way back and that I expected to be reimbursed for having to return and I hung up because I was an upset customer. When I arrived I was offered my money back. I asked about the sandwich, after all it was my Wife’s dinner. I was told I could have a sandwich or the money and not both. I explained that I work at a fortune 500 company and if I made a mistake, I would do everything possible to make it right for my customer. The Cook told me he cannot give me money out of his pocket. I asked him if he was the owner and he said no, so I said to him, sir I’m not asking you to take money out of your pocket, but I would like to speak to the owner. the staff took my name and number, but refused to give me the first name of the owner, or either of their first names. I doubt I’ll ever get a call from the owner. if I treated my customers in a similar fashion I would be fired from my position. I thought that moving to north eastern Pennsylvania would provide a far superior level of customer service. Than I was used to living in the Philadelphia area, I guess I was wrong. I could provide many other details about my many visits to this establishment but I don’t see the point as I will not be returning. I’m writing this eating my cold dinner while my wife questions if she should even eat the sandwich; not a great night.
