Ordered online pulled up to the drive thru lady was so rude, she said you have to come in to get it. I said could I please get it this way I have my two toddlers with me. She yells at me and says I said non of the online orders are ready you have to come in. I go in and my order was ready and she basically threw it on the counter in front of me and walked off. Not going back..

The fried chicken is always wet and sloppy like it was microwaved instead of actually being fried like I wanna hear the crunch not it feeling like its a wet cloth. Smh they even forgot to give me half my order as well like they weren't even busy that day. I got only my chicken that day and spent over 40+ on my order. Like do better or get better ppl.

Ordered only they didn't have chocolate cake, so they gave us a lemon one, noone in family likes lemon and they was being rude saying we don't do refunds, that's okay but they was so rude we just wanted something that was equal to the price. Service was bad.

Used to be the best place for a good meal around 10 to 20 years ago. Now OMG it has gone downhill so bad I can’t go here anymore. Got 8 pieces to go when I got home the coating on the chicken was falling off and was soggy. What happened to this company from being to my favorite chicken place to what they are serving now. Will be looking for better fried chicken anywhere else . Better get NEW MANAGEMENT ASAP!!

We live 40 minutes away and my mom, who can’t really get out of the house anymore due to mobility issues, wanted chicken and mac n cheese today. That being said, the worker there gave us very watery mac n cheese that didn’t smell good as well as a very small portion of mashed potatoes. Most locations completely fill the bowl up.
You pay $32 for an 8 piece meal and what do you get? Watery, almost spoiled Mac n cheese and a very small portion of mashed potatoes. Very unhappy. Wont be going back any time soon, if at all. I’ve attached a photo of the Mac n cheese SOUP!! Why would you even serve that? And to make things worse, my poor Dad was kind enough to give some tip money to the person whom filled the order. (Gave us the hog slop) Sure doesn’t pay to be the nice guy these days!

Waited an extra 15 mins to get our food after it said it would be done at a certain time, an older man in the back talking very loudly about naked people while there was children in there and gave me the wrong drink, fine but was also flat (running out).
Horrible customer service, basically forgot some of my items that they were out of stock on, haven’t had biscuits in over a month practically (which is so unheard of), go in after talking to a manager the day prior, puts me in the books to pickup my coleslaw, AFTER SHOWING PROOF I PAID FOR IT, they said it wasn’t in the books and didn’t know what to say or do basically, so I had to say three times the same thing just for a supervisor to “have to” get me a fresh large cole slaw. I’m never coming here again. This place has went to hell in a hand basket. Oh and it smelled like pure weed. Disgusting. Keep your dope away from food establishments. I didn’t even get my comeback sauce I had to pay .40 for since it didn’t come with the combo. Ridiculous!
It's a complete disaster in there. Ordered ahead, didn't have the sauce for the item I ordered. Took a substitution for another flavor. Still told in drive thru we had to go in to get food. Why advertise food you don't have or have a drive thru if you tell everyone to go in?

Server didn't wear gloves when packing food. Very unsanitary. Probably won't go back until changes are made with food safety. Perhaps more training needs to be done with employees
