Wow, things have really went downhill. Haven’t ate at Potters in a year or so, should have kept it that way. Waitresses with hair hanging and not very nice. No seasoning on the fries that were once the best around. Iceberg lettuce salads aren’t cheap. Go somewhere else and get a real salad for less.

Potter's Grill is a hometown go-to with friendly and accommodating service. The food is great, and the wings come highly recommended, along with several gluten-free options and a dedicated gluten free fryer. However, some regulars note the food has gone downhill; prices have got really high without better quality. One long-time customer always orders the Greek Western but says the new buns are way too much bread and don't complement the sandwich. While the dine-in service is good, take out orders are frequently wrong. Despite these issues, the same old Potter's vibe remains, and first-time visitors absolutely loved it and will return to try other food.
