Rating purely off of customer service. Drive thru was extremely busy and inside just as busy. Once we reached the microphone, instantly took our order, big order, and was super nice. When we reached the pick up window, our food was 100% done and 100% correct! If they maintain this type of service, this location will thrive for a long time!
Food was okay, gave us fish when chicken was ordered, not a problem, chicken was delivered quick. Pepsi tasted off. Place needed some cleaning and up keep, front window needed cleaned. Bathroom door was hard to open, and also needed cleaned up.
I haven't been to this, or any, Long John Silver's in quite a while.. but decided to go yesterday for something different. I liked that they moved the speaker/menu to the side of the building. It used to be located in the front, which it made it so difficult to hear with the passing cars. I placed an order online through their website and picked it up in the drive-thru.
