This place has terrible communication skills. We were planning a big party for my son’s birthday on a Friday. I knew they did not take reservations so I called on Wednesday to find out the process on what to do regarding a party of 15 at 5:30pm. The young lady stated to call in between 3:30-4:00 to advise of the large party. I further explained that my son needed some special seating due to wearing a leg brace and he had a cane. She advised me she would note that information so it was there when I called back on Friday. Very nice young lady. Thanked her for all the information and her time and hung up. Fast forward to Friday. Called in about our large party, was advised “we already have two large parties and you can come in at 5 or 630 AND, we cannot guarantee you all will be seated at the same time, in the same area nor get served at the same time.” It was said, with so much attitude, I had to take a step back for a second. I also informed her about my previous call with the directions I was given, her response “there’s nothing here.” I said I’ve already advised his friends and family the time because we worked around their schedules. Her response, “well, we already have two parties.” So terribly harsh. My son said, Mom, I don’t even want to go there now. We went to the parking lot, met our family and friends and proceeded across the street to Fiesta Aztec! We had a great time and customer service was perfect! I know it isn’t all the employees that are rude like this at the roadhouse but it left a bad taste in 15 peoples mouths. One last thing, one of our guests called a manager there that she knows to get some assistance, she was nasty, rude and downright condescending. Never again! If I could give this a negative 5 rating I definitely would.

Let me start by saying my last 2 visits to TR (in Sandusky) were horrible. I decided to take a chance and visit this one.It is HANDS down the best TR I've ever been to in our travels! Management was nice, staff provided great service, a friendly and fun professional atmosphere. The servers genuinely seemed happy to be there, which, as someone who used to work in a restaurant, is a product of great managers.The busser was even wiping off the lights above every table! Loved to see that. Temps of our steaks and overall food quality was near perfect. No complaints, only praise for this wonderful location. Thank you!

There's not many places where you pay $13.00 for a cheese burger and have to assemble it yourself ! I also had to assemble my sweet potato before I ate it. It felt like I was at a high school in a lunch line adding what I wanted to my burger and potato. I asked for well done and it was burnt and actually was crispy when bitten. I could only stomach a few bites. The awesome blossom was full of uncooked batter.The music was so loud I couldn't hear my wife who was sitting across from me and had to keep asking her to repeat herself. Why do we have to travel to Morgantown WV to get a good meal from Texas Roadhouse

Went two Sundays ago, our food order did get messed up, was given ribs and chicken instead of steak and chicken. Waited forever for the steak, and even though my husband touched the ribs the waitress made him give them back.... The steak we eventually got was well done not medium as ordered. We gave up, they did not give a discount on check at all even after getting manager to come to our table to inquire. Still giving five stars being that this was our first bad experience out of MANY. We order takeout OFTEN and dine in a lot. Won't let this one time ruin it.

We were there yesterday. My husband and I both got the surloin/shrimp combo with mushrooms. Both of our steaks were good, but the mushrooms were burnt and extremely salty...as was both of our shrimp. My daughters steak was so chewy she could barely eat it. Service was great though.
