Went two Sundays ago, our food order did get messed up, was given ribs and chicken instead of steak and chicken. Waited forever for the steak, and even though my husband touched the ribs the waitress made him give them back.... The steak we eventually got was well done not medium as ordered. We gave up, they did not give a discount on check at all even after getting manager to come to our table to inquire. An enjoyable experience at this lively restaurant with excellent service. I opted for the chicken tenders and ribs combo with sides of a baked potato and chili—all tasted superb, leaving me thoroughly satisfied. The complimentary buns with delectable butter were a delightful surprise. Despite my usual aversion to chain restaurants, this one exceeded expectations, and I left feeling full and content.Parking: Plenty of parking.

Let me start by saying my last 2 visits to TR (in Sandusky) were horrible. I decided to take a chance and visit this one.It is HANDS down the best TR I've ever been to in our travels! Management was nice, staff provided great service, a friendly and fun professional atmosphere.
