So many errors in the orders that I get surprised when they make it right (rarely)!

Be prepared to wait a L O N G time for your food. I've stopped going to this Panera location because I got fed up with placing an advanced order in the app for a particular time and then showing up to find that my order is NEVER ready on time. People at a university have busy schedules and tons of meetings to go to, and this Panera location was actually having a negative impact on my job. I either have to make the decision to get a refund and then not eat and get dizzy with a terrible headache while teaching (I have hypoglycemia), or be late for my next class or meeting. That's a terrible choice a professional should never have to make if a food establishment is run competently. My guess is that the employees at this location just simply do not care because they have a captive audience with limited food options.

Placed order at 7:24pm. I am still waiting on my order 30 mins later. Multiple ppl working not sure why it is taking so long. Other than ppl who ordered AFTER me are getting their orders BEFORE me. I am loosing faith in the Panera chain. Highly disappointed since I have 1 hr to drive home. If I would have known.

It is actually absurd how slow this place is. It is not possible to eat lunch here unless you plan on hanging around for an hour waiting for your food.

They also seem to make a lot of errors with orders. I’m a vegetarian, and they have put meat in my food multiple times, even when I have ordered off the vegetarian menu or specified no meat.

literally just so slow, i was the ONLY person in there and it took upwards of 30 mins to get my order

Bagels aren’t as fresh as they used to be. the cream cheese now comes in a prepackaged container and was hard to get out and spread.

Order online. App said order is ready. Came in, ordered is “suddenly missed”, and recently they just started to brew the coffee. It’s a big order and they messed it up. No sorry nothing they just said “your order got bummed”

Terrible experience here. They gave me a Bacon Avocado sandwich on different buns and with no avocado. The manager then was very rude when I brought the sandwich up. The workers here are rude and the food is the worst quality Panera I’ve been to. I do not recommend this place.

The food takes so incredibly long it’s almost absurd. They are always out of things for weeks at a time until they restock. All the sip club drinks need to be ordered now which takes even longer. Waiting 15 minute for them to POUR A LEMONADE

The food is good, and staff are friendly, but often short-handed at this location, which also runs out of some items fairly regularly. Be prepared for a wait if you go during the noon hour, unfortunately, even if you pre-ordered online for a specific pickup time.
First thing in the morning, I can order in the app from my car before I exit the parking garage next door, and my order is waiting by the time I get there.
Their Unlimited Sip Club is worth checking out, esp. when they offer a free month fir signing up.
