Ordered to go pho. When you walk in, no one greets you, you go to a kiosk to order. Then when you order, you stand around and wait for your food. I was told I could sit down while I waited since I was the only person there. My food came out quickly. Pho stock was warm when opened, not hot. Beef was packed in same container w noodles, onions etc and was very cold, which cooled down my stock even more. Food tastes fine. Hard to beat in State College, which says more about the quality of food in State College than the restaurant in particular.Dine in, don't get delivery. The delivery packaging is horrible and the servers are courteous. It's kinda a self checkout but every time I've had a question or request, they've been very helpful.Parking: The restaurant and parking lot have always been empty every time I've come.
