Great Pho! Highly recommended
wonderful servers definitely worth the experience
This is the best pho I've had to date. I've had pho in Detroit Michigan, some little town in Ohio, Harrisburg PA, and Pho 11 in little State College PA is by far the best! It's worth the drive for us!
