Has a convenient self-ordering system that lets you see all the options and what is inside each dish while not having any pressure of having to order quickly. The seating is open, so you can find your own spot and settle in. The pho itself was delicious - the broth was rich and satisfying. It may not be as authentic as some other place but still good.

Ordered to go pho. When you walk in, no one greets you, you go to a kiosk to order. Then when you order, you stand around and wait for your food. I was told I could sit down while I waited since I was the only person there. My food came out quickly. Pho stock was warm when opened, not hot. Beef was packed in same container w noodles, onions etc and was very cold, which cooled down my stock even more. Asked and paid for extra jalapeños but didn’t receive them. 1.75 for a tiny container of extra sauce. It was good but not great. Wings are tiny!

The food is good the vibrance of the restaurant is nice as well but how can you charge a service fee and not have a single outlet for customer use?

Overpriced for the amount and quality of food. Pho is bland, you have to pay extra for garnish, meat tastes old…

The food is fine, the only problem is they call it Pho which I can be sure that the owner has never eaten real Pho before (maybe because they are Chinese owners:v). I hope they or try to learn how to cook the real Pho because YouTube is free or stop calling it Pho, it is ridiculous and no wonder none of my Vietnamese friends recommends trying this restaurant.P/s: a picture of real Pho : v and their "Pho"

Food tastes fine. Hard to beat in State College, which says more about the quality of food in State College than the restaurant in particular.Dine in, don't get delivery. The delivery packaging is horrible and the servers are courteous. It's kinda a self checkout but every time I've had a question or request, they've been very helpful.Parking: The restaurant and parking lot have always been empty every time I've come. I think most people get takeout/delivery.Wheelchair accessibility: Not accessible. There are steps to get to the front door.

Tasty vegan selections! I get the Vegetable Noodle Soup with vegetable broth and add tofu. The broth is delicious, the tofu is seasoned to perfection, the broccoli is steamed just right, and the tomatoes are always fresh and sweet. This place is the perfect stop on a rainy day, the food will be sure to warm your tummy and your soul.Vegetarian options: Multiple tasty vegan options.

I feel that it is an insult to call it a Vietnamese restaurant, after I have been to some real Pho places in larger cities. How could you sell a pho with two thin slices of low quality beef for $13???The Asian frozen food in Trader joe tastes better, and is cheaper.

Was missing pho and have been waiting a year to order from this place due to it being across campus from where I lived. I got two P.2 pho and it was very good. Tastes just like what I needed and missed from home. Pick up was easy and workers very nice!

Pho is my favorite soup ever. This pho is below average. Lacks depth to the broth, no peppers or bean sprouts available and the lime was brown and dry. I don't need to go back!

Amazing food ... It would be next level if they had a combo with all the meats and more traditional appetizers because it can get a little pricey adding everything to the bowls such as meats and extras... Service is fast and extremely courteous. Quiet and relaxing and a great place to take a work group or just a spot for lunch. It Could use a little more traditional charm to the decor. But overall a great place!
