The worker in here is weird towards students in school and a worker was saying weird things to my friend and we filed a report there and after that the owner had started to not give her her full food for example she ordered a bagel with extra cream cheese and she didn’t even get any cream cheese and the manager or owner has bad customer service and was rude towards her.

I'm not sure you can ever go wrong with Dunkin! Some may say it's terrible, but I really enjoy it! Environment was nice, workers were patient with angry customers. I don't think they've ever actually messed up my order. Unless you ask for no ice, because that is always messed up. Other than that, I really like how reliable it is. How easy it is, order ahead, grab, and go! Employees seem to be energetic, eager to please. Dunkin's are getting a new look, making it more aesthetically pleasing. I will continue to go to this Dunkin!
Stopped there to get an ice coffee and there was a bug frozen in my ice cube when I finished the coffee. Disgusting. Place is dirty would not recommend.

Disappointed that the manager informed me coffee was only free if the Eagles had won the Superbowl when I went by specifically after seeing on the news that Dunkin Donuts was thanking fans for their season-long support with free coffee the day after the game. Ordered a coffee and donuts to support the business anyways - my order was just left on the counter instead of handed to me or even told that it was ready; I had to wait for the lady behind the counter to gesture at the bag as she walked away before I realized it was mine to take.
