Ordered a couple of burgers, nuggets, & fries - paid EXTRA for 2 sauces. Did we get the sauce... NO. And on top of that, there's 2 dudes there actively ignoring the window.. presumably so they don't have to fix any mistakes. We waited almost 25mins, there was a line of cars behind us, get our order, check it (missing sauce) & sat there at the window for an additional 10mins waiting for one of them to come over. No one ever did, they clearly knew we needed something, they saw us there & just didn't care. I tried to signal one of them & he looked at us, turned around - started talking to his co-worker & continued fiddling with the soda machine. There was a line of cars behind us- so at a minimum you'd think they'd want to get us out of their window, after an additional 10mins? Or I dont know, see why the line wasn't moving? No, no, and no.

Staff spends too much time on their phones and personal conversations instead of ensuring orders are correct and food is hot. You order extra ice and don't get it. Napkins are rarely in the bag and the employees act as if it's an imposition to help a customer.

I came here for lunch with my son mid week middle of the day- it was nice bc there was security there and in this area and way life is nowadays, I appreciated that. He even held the door for me and my kid when we walked in and out.Food was great! Fast- hot - good...Cashier was nice and efficient and the manager and one worker also was very kind to me as they watched my wagon while my son and I went to the restroom after we ate .I would def go back in and eat. We also do the drive thru all the time and it is just as easy and delicious.Thanks guys! Will be back

Students are allowed to gather here and disrupt the Atmosphere so much so the Police park across the Street to watch students being in between cars in drive through etc. Just ordered a Chicken Sandwich with Shredded Lettuce lol look at the Brown Lettuce and Tomato was so mushy…Got 20 Nuggets and was given 2 sauces damn shame. Respectfully the drive through associate was on point and respectful but as far as wanting something to eat while out this is the experience I’ll remember that will deter me from coming again..And for those saying so much about the Working Class at McDonald’s why gather here?
