Incredible improvement. It is now the BEST tasting pretzels in the franchise. They are tasty and best of all ALWAYS warm. It's a great improvement from the usual stale pretzels available at most other locations.

They need regular hours.I tried before 7 two days in a row! There is no professional sign with the times however both time staff was in the dark like they just closed! If you this place closes at 6:30 or 6:40 pm it should say that here online.
