Pica's, Upper Darby Twp., Del. Cnty., Penna. rates along w/my favorite Italian restaurants. Most-recent time I dined out at Upper Darby Twp., Del. Cnty., Penna. Pica's was in June, 2019 to commemorate XXV (25)-yr. Silver wedding jubilee, maternal cousin, mine, Walter Cannon, lll, who tied knot w/Judi Kelly in June, 1994
We had a small party here, the room was off to the side and felt very intimate. We wanted a family style party that didn't feel over staffed. The staff was so accommodating even though it was a small party. The food was amazing as always and came out perfectly. They even allowed us to bring a decorative cake. If I could give 6 stars I would. Consider them!
Went for my sisters bday. I haven't been inside Picas restaurant since the late 90s as I moved away. We picked Picas because I love their pizza. It was like walking into a time warp. The place looks the exact same as it did then. I grew up right next to Picas and every night the parking lot was full. There were 6 cars parked in it, I know why. The food is soooo over priced and it is very rundown inside
