Ordered a personal pan pizza.. I wouldn't recommend.. charging close to $10 for something they made even smaller is ridiculous.. I can go to a pizza shop and get 2 slices that are like a quarter of the pie for $6 .. pizza hut you should be ashamed.. highway robbery.

Great pizza. These people are awesome and they do great job. They remind of real Pizza Hut taste. I live in Norwood and drive 25 mins to get their pizza. There is a Pizza Hut in Ridley and they don’t even taste like Pizza Hut at ALL! So drive is worth.

I have ordered many times from here and have only ever had one problem which was taken care of. Last night my order was missing cheesesticks and although my total was $55.09, my card was charged $66.11. I have called and been transferred about 4 times and no one has answered and I was on hold over 10 minutes each call. Unacceptable. How do you take orders if you don't answer the phone?

The worst experience I’ve ever had. Ordered online via the website and when the DOOR DASH driver showed up (was unaware they used doordash to deliver when they don’t have a driver) they demanded a 5 star rating or wouldn’t give me my food. Half of my order was missing and my pizza was cold. When I tried to call to speak to a manager they gave me the run around and hung up on me. I tried calling the next day and THEY WOULDNT EVEN ANSWER THE PHONE. I went up there and it wasn’t even busy and they said no manager was there and to go back the next day. I will be going there tomorrow. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. Not even worth 1 star. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They need to fire everyone and hire a whole new staff that actually cares about their customers.
Buyer beware. This store sometimes passes deliveries to DoorDash. My recent order was passed to DoorDash for delivery. The driver took multiple orders and headed away from my address (five minutes from store) to an address about 30 minutes from my house (with traffic). When I saw that the order was going to be very late (monitoring the driver's progress), I called the store to cancel. The store advised me that once they gave the order to DoorDash it was out of their control. Currently working with DoorDash and Pizza Hut to get a refund of the order I did not receive. This store needs to recognize that my order was a contract with PIZZA HUT, and as such they are responsible for it the whole way to delivery, and PIZZA HUT is responsible to the customer for the performance of their contract delivery services.
