I've been coming to this Starbucks for a long time because it's local to me. Today I ordered a pastry and a drink. The pastry was put in a bag with USED TRASH used packets of honey and other items. I didn't realize till I was done eating and trash was sticking to the bottom of my pastry. Gross!

Clarissa has a nasty behind attitude. Doesn’t greet the guests. Rolls her eyes when you make adjustments to YOUR drink. Like girl get it together. I haven’t even had any caffeine yet !

Customer service is terrible. Walked in and went over to the register, the barista did not greet me and just stood there (with a blank expression) without saying a word until I said my order. Same with the barista who made my drink, she basically just placed my drink on the counter & didn’t say a word (unless she did but I didn’t hear). Very unwelcoming energy coming from these workers. Went in 8/17/25 at 5PM.
I had their macha latte and it has no flavor at all
I ordered a Large cappuccino coffee, and they gave me half a glass for $5, the first and last time I will never come to you again, I hope 0/0
I haven't even drunk coffee yet, I showed them that there was half a glass of coffee and they laughed 🤔

Not all Starbucks are created equal & this location is the best.
I order a seasonal drink customized a certain way & it’s saved in my faves so I just add to my order each time.
This location is the only one that makes it right. Super weak and tastes mostly like milk from other locations I’ve gone to.

Always clean, quick, and friendly. I stop here on occasion as this Starbucks is in my work territory. They easily accommodate my modified matcha latte order with ease.

I've been going to this location for over 10 years and the customer service has gotten worse. I was in there yesterday and had to wait an extra 10 minutes for my food when I ordered via app. The workers didn't communicate at all, nor showed customer service! Will no longer attend this location

My drink and food are consistently pretty good, service is always very good and very friendly, but there is insanely limited indoor/outdoor seating. Because of the nearby high school, this location locks its doors and brings in what limited outdoor seating it has between 2:30-4:00pm Monday-Friday, leaving you nowhere to sit. You have to mobile order during this time. If you need to throw something out, get a straw, correct a drink order etc. you are forced to bother the poor employees who are doing laps around the store, opening and closing a tiny mobile order window! Absolutely ridiculous. Customers awkwardly shuffle around outside the locked doors, asking each other what the hell is going on.
Not just that, this location absolutely obliterated a section of the store that had seating and replaced it with a break room/storage. I spent a lot of time during my high school years sitting here with friends, eating lunch, doing work. It seems the store could not keep up with the disruption caused by high schoolers, so the solution is to just completely neuter your socialization? By 3:00pm, most, if not all of the high schoolers have already gone home. Surely upper management has other solutions here.
Starbucks is supposed to pride themselves on their atmosphere. What in the hell happened here?

VERY limited indoor seating. Had exactly 2 chairs inside when I went. Wanted to enjoy my coffee and do a little reading but couldn't at this location.

If that tall boy with the blonde hair is making your drink , go to another Starbucks. His attitude is horrible & he can’t make drinks. I watched him drown my matcha with water & milk. It was so watery you couldn’t taste the matcha . I asked for my matcha because it was watery , he literally put the matcha on top without mixing… Called corporate, got a refund but I definitely won’t go to that location again.
