Would give zero if possible. They prioritize online orders over in store orders rather than in store. Making people wait 15 minutes at minimum when there are no other patrons in the store. This is all while 7 employees are on shift and only 2 of them out front. Along with today’s coffee being cold because they never announced my name and it sat there for only they would know how long. The management should be ashamed of how they allow this store to be run.

I had a great experience at this location staff was very friendly, welcoming and polite. The store was very tidy! Both of the ladies greeted me and the gentleman working was also kind who made my sandwich. Mint was very informative when taking my order and loved this gingerbread chai latte. I was disappointed after driving to find this hidden money lol and customer service is honestly dead this definitely cheered me up lol.

The sense of urgency is a joke! They choose who to serve first. I’ve been sitting here for 15mins as the gentleman came behind me and ordered 3 venti drinks and was served before me. Watch these girls argue about who was working what station as we the customers wait. I enjoy a good Starbucks coffee but not at this cost. Irritated at the moment!

I'm enraged at the service. Riss was nothing but rude the whole time i was inside ordering. She made my experience getting my Starbucks dreadful, I waited 30 minutes for a tall strawberry açaí lemonade and when I asked for a cup of ice I was presented with attitude and annoyance. I do not appreciate this behavior from Riss because i was extremely respectful and nice when asking.

i hate coming here the wait time during the week is 30-45 minutes weather u order inside the store or online. but why i really hate it is because one worker i believe her name was riss something along the lines of that but she’s so rude and always has a attitude with the customers people older and young kids and sad to watch. if you don’t like your job then don’t work there!!

I've been coming to this Starbucks for a long time because it's local to me. Today I ordered a pastry and a drink. The pastry was put in a bag with USED TRASH used packets of honey and other items. I didn't realize till I was done eating and trash was sticking to the bottom of my pastry. Gross!

Clarissa has a nasty behind attitude. Doesn’t greet the guests. Rolls her eyes when you make adjustments to YOUR drink. Like girl get it together. I haven’t even had any caffeine yet !
Customer service is terrible. Walked in and went over to the register, the barista did not greet me and just stood there (with a blank expression) without saying a word until I said my order. Same with the barista who made my drink, she basically just placed my drink on the counter & didn’t say a word (unless she did but I didn’t hear). Very unwelcoming energy coming from these workers. Went in 8/17/25 at 5PM.

Not all Starbucks are created equal & this location is the best. I order a seasonal drink customized a certain way & it’s saved in my faves so I just add to my order each time. This location is the only one that makes it right. Super weak and tastes mostly like milk from other locations I’ve gone to.
