The same thing happened to me as another customer on his stated charge $49 for my food and drinks the next day charge $41 to my account charges I did not make. I will not be using my bank card again.

First time at this location. I went on a Tuesday evening because of the $6 special. When you first walk in, you are hit with a stench of old, wet carpet. The cashier was nice and friendly. The security guard was cool. The person who checks your ticket didn’t have a care in the world about her job. When we got to our theater, the stickiness of the floor made the walk to our seats loud and annoying. I went back out to find the restroom and a lady who seen like a supervisor was very informative and friendly. Didn’t catch her name though. The server, who you are forced to pay 18% gratuity to, was not inviting or hospitable.
You know the theater is dirty when your friend says, “Oh I didn’t know you can smoke in here?” because the cupholders are so dirty that they look like ashtrays.

If zero was an option that's what I'd give this place. ABSOLUTELY GROSS, your feet stick to the floor, The chairs are sticky, everything has a film on it like it hasn't been cleaned in years. My girlfriend literally saw a mouse run across as we watch the movie. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN FOR HEALTH HAZARD'S!!

Went here today and saw the 1:45: showing of Borderlands. My first problem is that the young ladies at the ticket counter are very surly to be so young. They were incredibly loud, laughing, joking and talking with an older white guy. Not being attentive to who was entering the theater. However, when I walked up to purchase my ticket mum was the word. No hi, thank you, enjoy your movie or anything. They seemed annoyed and inconvenienced by doing their jobs. They hardly wanted to make eye contact. It's way to many teenagers that work at this place which is reflected in the lack of customer service and attention to detail. Secondly, I felt uncomfortable giving my debit card to a kid to pay for my meal. I was also charged for food that I didn't receive and they had the nerve to charge me for a tip, two days later. In addition, the movie theatre is blisteringly cold. I had to take a break and stand in the hallway. I enjoyed the movie but next time I'll make the trip to AMC.

I do not recommend this movie theater at all..now I went to the movies with my daughters Friday..we actually had a good time…the food was not so good but we still enjoyed ourselves…But my concern is there was an unauthorized charge of $99.20 on my daughter card today from the movie theater…we went on Friday paid for everything even though the already added the tip in without anyone knowing or without saying anything to anyone….but they stole money off of my daughter card 2 days later we went Friday today is now Sunday…so I will be putting a complaint in as well as disputing this charge with her card company hopefully she can get her money back..my daughter is 17 years old it’s a shame they’re still from children or anyone in that matter…I’m disappointed we will not come to this movie theater anymore…smh…

Movie night was a success but as for the food the chicken fingers weren’t good hard as a rock fries burnt I had the loaded buffalo chicken chips and threw them up right after the movie and the mice running I WILL not be going back

I didn't like walking down the dark hallway to get to the auditorium. I do like that fact that they bring your food and drinks to you in the auditorium. You pay using a credit card or cash. I didn't know, and I didn't like how they added the tip cost to my bill. I didn't like that when they brought you your food. They didn't bring napkins to wipe your hands and mouth. Just imagine your hands being so greasy from buttery popcorn. That's what happened to me today. And there was no one there to take my ticket printout, so I held on to them.
Great concept and you can drink booze while watching your movie. But the place is gross, the staff are the worst (I'm sure they are nice people, but within the capacity of their jobs, they suck immensely). This theater is 1.5 miles away, but I choose to drive 4 times that distance just so i don't feel like I need a shower when I leave.

HORRIBLE. I ORDERED SOFT PRETZELS SITH THE CHEESE SAUCE. I WAITED AN HOUR AND GOT HARD STALE PRETZELS AND WATERED DOWN CHEESE SAUCE. I COULDN'T EVEN CHEW THE PRETZELS.
