Had dinner with my partner after not visiting for over a year. Both Liberian, we were / are very familiar with the food. He enjoyed my bitter ball torborgee more than his palm butter. We'll be back.

My experience with this restaurant was interesting to say the least. I had been craving cassava and fufu, and this was the nearest place. We carefully looked over the menu, selecting the above mentioned, as well as chicken and beef kabobs, goat soup, attieke with fish, and some fried plantains. After submitting the order and not hearing anything, I called the restaurant, they stated they had tried to call because the restaurant was out of kabobs, as their delivery driver had called out. Ok, not a problem, I ask if it’s ready for pick up, to which they agreed. I made it to the restaurant, and waited as the person behind the counter threw the “website” order together. At this point, it was getting late, and we were starving, so we headed home. It wasn’t until we got home that we realized more than half of the order was missing, no kabobs (which were never refunded) but no cassava or fufu, the main reason for the order. My children and I ate what we made it home with, delightfully trying new dishes. Everyone went off to sleep without any issues.. until about midnight when I woke up covered in a freezing sweat, dried off, fell back asleep until 2:30-3am where I sat up and in true exorcist fashion, and proceeded to projectile vomit the inconceivable distance from my bed to the trash can, completely emptying the contents of my stomach and possibly small and long intestines. Spending the next several hours in a slimy fetal position, questioning all of my life choices up to this very moment, refusing to admit defeat and allowing this to taint how I feel about west African food, culture, or ways of life. Unfortunately, I will not be trying this establishment again, the thought brings tears to my eyes and chunks to my throat.

I ordered tonight at 8:00pm online off of their website... I called at 9:50 and asked when should i expect my delivery. The guy stated it was taken 20 mins prior and laughed. The place is a 12 min drive (I don't drive). I'm writing this at 10:22 and obviously still no food. They need to check their drivers smh...

My first time eating here . Love the decor very small restaurant only one person to server and cook. The soup with fufu was flavorful , and spicy like I love. Big portions for the price. That was the plus of the restaurant The problem was that they were out of quite a few things I wanted to order with my meal. And I told my family to come purchase some food from here. They told me they order the chicken dinner and didn't get the other items that were supposed to be included with the chicken dinner. But they were still charging the same price instead of at a discount price because it wasn't a full meal as advertised. Now they are upset with me for suggesting this restaurant that cheated them. I'm appalled at why they did that?

Horrible! I ordered Attieke with lamb and another with fish. The lamb was cold with no color to it. It is suppose to be grilled instead it was boiled down and looked pale. The Attieke was old and smelled unpleasant as if it was old. This was very bad service and is very unhealthy if the food is just sitting there ready to be warmed up upon order. For $55 the food should be served fresh.

Excellent service. The owner took his time to explain the dishes with the best disposition. Whole fish was excellent, need to go more often!
