I'm bummed out with the kiosk being the only option to order. I like to talk to someone about the menu before I order. It makes it feel like a robot. Eating out is a treat for most people and please add the human touch back to the ordering process.
Well I will start out by saying everyone is super nice, the portion sizes are big and the food is delicious. I had issues though with my order. I specifically said no bacon and I got bacon. I don't eat pork, if I didn't notice it in my salad I could have eaten it. Thank goodness I'm not allergic. I also got cold fries and had to get them made again.

I work next door to Hello Bistro and have eaten there regularly for 4 years. The food has always been good and the salads are always super fresh. I ordered 2 salads today and they normally come with the protein on them (chick ceasar and salmon thai) but today they were on the menu as an added option for additional money.
