We just left the Butler Brew Works in Middlesex... the service was horrible... the waitress had some sort of attitude and was very rude when we were upset about not receiving our food while everyone around us who had come in after us had been served and were just about done with their meal.. When we did get our meal it was cold and the steak on the philly cheesesteak was fatty and almost unedible... We were planning on getting the beer for our pig roast at the end of July...read full review
Ate here for the first time with some friends for an impromptu Valentine's Day dinner. Our server was so sweet and provided great recommendations. Our food was delicious and we will definitely be back to try more of the awesome menu...as well as some ale the next time!
Sadly we have been waiting for almost an hour and a half for our food! Yes it is a Saturday night and they are busy but it appears that no one knows what the other one is doing. The people next to us ordered after us and we’re served and leaving and we still have not been served. Many times there has not been a bartender even behind the bar.
