I know there is a lot bad pizza around this area but this has been by far, and I mean BY FAR, the worst!! To call it soggy pizza is an understatement because it was actually sitting in water, I've never seen pizza like this. The bill was $76, I waited about an hour and 40 minutes before it got here, and I still gave a $20 tip. I will never order from her again in my life! I'm not able to upload my video but I'll get that taken care of soon because you gotta see this.

I just spent $76 here and will never, ever order here again and will make sure to spread the word that if you are unsatisfied in any way, don't bother calling to tell them, in hope of them fixing it. I was actually hung up on when I called to tell them that the Chicago deep dish pizza I ordered was totally inedible. I tried to pick up a slice and all of the toppings fell right off and the pizza was actually swimming in a pool of water. Now I know there are fresh tomatoes on it but there's absolutely no excuse for a pizza to be so soggy that it's dripping in water. I told the girl on the phone this and she said " That's how Chicago deep dish is supposed to be." No, it's really not. I said I've had it before and never was it so soggy, like sopping wet dish rag, in all my experience. She then said "Well, we're fast food." Really??? I've never even had fast food that pitiful. I then said I wanted to talk to the manager and she hung up on me. Is this how you treat customers? I've worked at a few pizza shops in my day and let me tell you the right response to a customer: "I'm sorry it was like that, let us take it off your bill or send you some kind of huge coupons." I would never argue with the customer, trying to convince them that that's the way it is and then hang up on them. That deep dish of disgust was almost $18. And then to be hung up on? Man, you've got some really great staff there. We've ordered here before a few times but will never again.

My first job was in a pizza place and my pizzas were always good looking so ever since I worked there the very first thing I do is look at the pizza I ordered because for some reason when the pizza is sloppy looking I don't even wanna eat it! Lettopalenas is NEVER sloppy looking or jacked up! Their pizzas are sheer perfection! The food is very good and the workers are friendly too. The ONLY reason I didn't give a perfect rating was because the times are pretty long for both pick up and delivery-but hey, that just shows how busy they are and believe me when I say it's worth the wait!
Great little spot. A little out of the way for us. But if we are ever in the area, we will definitely stop back in.

The sauce is some of the best I’ve ever had. Friendly staff, very attentive. We ordered a meatball hoagie with red onions and the Turkey bacon Provolone hoagie and both were excellent! Can’t wait to order again. Excellent food.

Asked if they could give the stuffed banana peppers a few more minutes in the oven and they happily did it. They were excellent! Couldn't stop picking at the stromboli because it was so good!Many thumbs up!
Had a turkey sub while waiting for car work. Sorry but this was a terrible sandwich. 2 slices of lousy tasting 'turkey', had to ask for a napkin (paper towel), and over all did not taste good at all. Finished it because I was hungry and no place to go but wait. Place was not that clean, but woman at counter was pleasant.

This is a go-to pizza place for my family! We particularly love the Beat-the-Clock deals every Thursday. It works perfectly for us since we can call just before finishing work, and swing by on our way out for evening activities! Only complaint is we wish the pizzas had more sauce. We always add extra to our order, but maybe we just like to live a little on the wild side lol!
Pizza was very good. Chicken Parm sandwich was tasty. If you like cheese, this is the place. Limited indoor seating, but friendly staff. Worth the trip for dinner.
