Food and place a good - but had a bad experience. Wife ordered a sandwhich w/ bacon ($4 upcharge) and didn't get bacon. Since there's no waiters, I had to go to the back of the kitchen, wait a while and ask for it. They told me they'd bring it out and never did. And it was too busy to wait again.Kind of rubs me the wrong way that this place asks for tip up front when you purchase food, then doesn't have a proper server come to tables, and also didn't get our order right or correct it. So won't be coming back, despite it being a really cool spot with good atmosphere andf ood.

My daughter and I had the pleasure of dropping by Bloom Café in Mars recently, and let me tell you, it's as charming as they come. Not only does this quaint café serve up some seriously delicious food, but it's also a treasure trove for anyone who loves to cook or dabble in culinary experiments, thanks to their selection of jams, jellies, and all sorts of intriguing items.Ordering is a breeze - you do it at the desk, grab a number, and then choose your spot. They've got a cozy little dining area, but the real gem is the seating in their nursery. Yes, you read that right. You can enjoy your meal surrounded by plants, which adds a whole new level of enjoyment to dining out.We were there for breakfast, and the options were plentiful and impressive. From coffees and teas to a variety of breakfast and lunch foods, there's something for everyone. The food? Absolutely amazing. It's not every day you find a spot that nails both the atmosphere and the menu, but Bloom Café has done just that. It's a cool, little place that's definitely worth a visit.

I always look for a place that serves fresh in-house roasted turkey, not lunch meat. Bloom Cafe makes their own roasted turkey, so we ordered two sandwiches. First was a build your own turkey wrap. The second was build your own turkey sandwich on panini. They were both very good. However, we definitely needed more meat on each menu item. Nice place with breakfast options also.

We stumbled upon this place while in town visiting and it did not disappoint! I ordered the Cobb Salad with chicken and a London Fog Tea both delicious! The food was so fresh, staff was helpful and friendly and the coffee was on point! We ate inside the greenhouse which was cozy and warm on a winter day.

Super cute place with a fun concept for dining amongst the greenery. The greenhouse also has a lot of nice plants and gift ideas. I thought it was a fun, different dining experience in a world where most places feel the same.My critique…I literally had no idea what to do after my dine-in order. I didn’t know what my dining options are. There was a family of 3-4 who stood there as well not sure what to do. It’d be a nice touch if you informed your patrons where they can be seated after ordering and that you’ll be bringing their food. Your servers are in and out of the dining area, but never once do they stop by to check in with anyone dining. They bring your food, and that’s it. I get that they’re busy, and they seem to be wearing many hats taking orders, coffee drinks, and food runners. but one check-in could go a long way to making it a more palatable dining experience. My breakfast sausage was undercooked, and I thought someone might come around to check in, so I waited. And no one ever came. It was raining outside. Am I supposed to carry my plate outside and back into the cafe through the rain after I paid? What did I tip for? To have my order taken and delivered to my table? I just threw the sausage away and moved on. And last thing, while may seem a bit picky, the water did not taste good to me. I’m assuming it was unfiltered tap water and could be improved with a simple low cost water filtration system. This might sound like a joke, but I literally give my plants and dog better, cleaner-tasting water. As a greenhouse, I think you could find a reasonable solution for better-quality water for patrons. This all probably sounds lot of nitpicking to you, but the reality is that you have a unique business that offers a unique dining experience, and I think that these very simple changes in your business model could elevate the overall dining experience and customer service interaction. Better dining experience and improved customer service means more customers and more revenue. I want to see you do well and not fail because of the minor details. I hope to stop back sometime and maybe have a bit of a different experience. I’ll know where to sit next time. I’ll know a staff member isn’t going to come to my table to check in and will walk back to the cafe area to remedy any issues with my meal.Despite these ‘gripes’ I listed, I gave you four stars for a unique experience and because I can tell you’re trying. It’s a small business, and I know labor markets are hard. Hoping it comes across as constructive criticism instead of just being a complainer.Kid-friendliness: Saw kids here. Just keep your eye on them so they don’t get loose in the plant/gift area.

Absolutely love this place. Such a gem. Food is soooo good. It's fresh and you can tell. The greenhouse is beautiful and they have tables to eat inside of the shopping/greenhouse area. All the staff are very friendly and it's a great local place to support!!

This place is really interesting. The seating in the greenhouse is very unique & I love it. It took quite a bit of restraint in my part, not to buy anything after we had eaten. They have some really fun inventory within the greenhouse. I only had coffee & toast w/jam but it was all delicious. I loved mingling while we waited for our food & again, the atmosphere is really unique. I will definitely visit this place again.Dietary restrictions: They have clearly labeled information if you have dietary restrictions.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room for wheelchairs.

The best food and the best coffee! The food here is actually clean farm to table. We frequent here because of that reason.

Such a super cool place to have lunch with a friend. The BLT is by far my favorite dish. Easy to park, great prices, great coffee.

The seating area is not in the Bloom Cafe, but in another building, food was overcooked, and no one ever came to see if everything was cooked properly, I won't be going back . Too much money for such a small portion.

I love that this cafe is right next to a greenhouse and also has patio seating inside the greenhouse, surrounded by plants and cute gardening merchandise. There's a place to order coffee, along with an area to order breakfast or lunch -- lots of sandwiches and salad options. There's also a little gift shop in the cafe with grab and go options, mugs and little gift items! I loved this place and can't wait to spend a spring morning hwr

Their breakfast sandwiches are much better than the qui he so get the breakfast but or the ham jam. Coffee options are good, and they offer almond and oatmilk.
