I did a timed order 40 minutes in advance to pick up in the store. When I got to the store 3 minutes before my time order was supposed to be ready, no one greeted me. I waited a couple of minutes before I finally was able to get someone attention. The young man had no idea what order 71 was or my name. He looked around and there was no ticket. Despite there being a snow storm, the location was fully staffed. The young man at the window was polite and quick and it seemed as though the whole staff was having a great time together. 10/10 experience!

Great service! We ordered inside the store. Our cashier, Frank, was very charismatic and had our food out in less than a minute of the order. We came at lunch time and were surprised to receive such prompt service. The food was well-made and the order was correct. All in all a great experience.
