The manager who says his name is Michael is absolutely unprofessional. came through with 8:30 p.m. on a Thursday today went through the drive-thru The guy thought said the drive-thru was closed which was fine with me but I asked him to repeat himself and was completely ignored. I proceeded to call the store to ask what time the store closed and he said 10:00 I said so drive through closes at 8:30 he said if you want to order food you can come inside and do it and hung up the phone....read full review
Wow, my mouth was watering for this sandwich and it was such a letdown.
I had my son get your doubl stack reuben, and when it arrived, the sandwich was far from advertised, bread was extremely soft as if it had been made hours before, sauerkraut was virtually missing, I do recall tasting a bit with one bite, the Swiss cheese was, missing also.
I ended up reassembling the sandwich to disburse the portion of meat on the bread so I could have meat with each bite!!

Spent 10 minutes waiting at 11 pm on a Wednesday night, only to get home with an incomplete order. Turned around to get the rest of my order, and spent 30 more minutes waiting in line. Absolutely ridiculous.
