Always hot and fresh and they will make your sandwiches as you request. I have a finicky 5 year old grandson and they make his sandwiches just the way he likes them. Thank you 😃

The manager who says his name is Michael is absolutely unprofessional. came through with 8:30 p.m. on a Thursday today went through the drive-thru The guy thought said the drive-thru was closed which was fine with me but I asked him to repeat himself and was completely ignored. I proceeded to call the store to ask what time the store closed and he said 10:00 I said so drive through closes at 8:30 he said if you want to order food you can come inside and do it and hung up the phone. I proceeded to call back to ask for a manager he said it was him and hung up the phone. I called back again and asked again what is your name if you're the manager and was told he didn't have to give me his name and hung up again. I proceeded to have somebody else to call and he said his name was Michael. It's understandable to be busy and overwhelmed it is never okay to be rude to people for no reason that have done nothing to you and we're simply coming to grab dinner at your place of employment It's your job and if you don't like it and can't perform it you should probably find another one.

What you would expect for fast food. Took a long time to actually receive the food because you could clearly tell that they were understaffed. Other than the wait the experience was fine.

Service was good, polite, made eye contact. But I got the beef n cheddar and the bun was like it was greasy and therefore the sandwich was soggy and the bun was doughy. I had the burger there and it was awesome and it was a limited time, wish they would bring it back.

This is ridiculous. Arby's was supposed to close for remodeling for 3 to 4 weeks. This was 5 weeks ago and they are nowhere near ready to reopen. The parking lot is a mess. There is no drive though menu board. The outside is not finished and cannot see inside but I can only imagine how bad it is. I stopped and asked one of the workers when they would finish...he no speak no English. I found one who did and he said honestly it could be awhile. The company doing the work obviously has no idea what they are doing. Especially considering they almost burned the place down and electrocuted the Arby's employees before they closed the drive through. I don't know who made the decision to hire this company but you made a big mistake. If you own this location I'm sure us locals would like an update. I called corporate and they didn't have a clue. I also want to express my sympathy for the employees there. They were supposed to be back to work and have to feed their families and I know they are not being provided any compensation for the loss of income. Arby's owner please I would love to hear back from you so you can give me some answers. I want one of my favorite restaurants to reopen ASAP!

What is up with this place. Not like it use to be. Waiting time for a order takes longer. Food is barely warm when you get it and the milkshake machine is always down.

Arby's is Arby's. Great for fast food. My comment is a strange one. The women's room is a single. Big room, but the commode hugs the wall. Your legs actually touch the side wall. Very weird. Not a lot of thought went into it.

Yall make no sense. Left door unlocked came in to get a uber and the small girl with glasses says it'll b done soon but to go theough the drive thur. I'm already in there that legit makes no sense. Making a person wait longer for their food I even said but there's a line I'm already in here. Now I'm in a line that's not moving when yall could have let me wait there for a second for the food. Don't leave door unlocked then. I just don't understand I was not ordering and I saw the food ready so you couldn't hand it to me.... but instead made me and the person that order the food wait longer cause you felt like being petty..... ok...

What is with the attitude? The woman working the drive thru with the messed up teeth yelled at my husband for something he didn’t even say, argued with him, yelled at him about his drink size and then yelled at him again because they “don’t have medium” (why did you ask if we wanted medium or large then???) and then of course she didn’t even offer a receipt (probably so I couldn’t get a name but guess what I’ll still write a review) and then when we tried to ask a for receipt she yelled at us to go, I will not be back ever. I don’t know why she has so much attitude but whatever it is isn’t the customers fault and I will take my business elsewhere, avoid this Arby’s unless you want a side of sass with your food.
