I already left a negative review and received a coupon to try it again. Show up at 7:30 on a Friday night to find the restaurant closed again. So frustrating! What is wrong with this place? The door says open until 10! Why can't it be open?! This makes me so angry. At least post a reason in the door if you are going to be closed. Or update your hours to say you close at 7.

Waited almost 8mins at the speaker box to olace my order. Felt like the girl was rushing me through my order. Had to wait ti pay as I watched the girl stand in the window. Girl had no customer services skills. Barley spoke. No greetings. And my food was barley warm

The food is amazing but the drive thru takes quite a long time to get thru. If you go, you may want to go inside to order.

They would not accept one of my current discount coupons from an item that used to accept before with no issues. The manager on duty said that the coupon ink was too dark, and those kinds of Arby's coupons are from corporate or another franchise or whatever nonsense he was making up. Then I ordered something else with other Arby's coupons I had, which they did accept. Then when they asked if I wanted to order something to drink, the cashier was surprised that I did not want to. Why would I, really? I will not patronize this Arby's in White Oak, PA again. Why are so many companies so unnecessarily difficult with their patrons nowadays? Reason: they just simply don't care. Period.
