They charged me for a meal even after I said I wanted just the sandwich and fries. Then they gave me the wrong sandwich. The manager did say that if I come back, they will give me a new sandwich but I’m about to start my diet and will not be going back for awhile.

Very nice people. The drive thru was great. Friendly people work there, also I always see people eating in and hanging out and they look very happy. When I'm older I want to do that also. Hang out with friends at Arby's. Seriously ?

You know....I rate a lot of places and I give my honest opinion pro or con good or bad about my experiences.Well my experience at this location was less than stellar......to make a long story short I requested salt and pepper packets (because I like to control sodium intake for health reasons).....and the young lady behind the counter made no eye contact....she grabbed a handful of each and instead of PLACING them on my tray she tossed them on then turned and walked away!Don't they teach old fashioned hospitality anymore?Obviously not on that day at that particular location!The Disabled

please dont even get me started, im at the point of if i could i would give 0 stars, but the beef and swiss sandwich, (number 7 im sure) is always cold, small and the wrapper isnt in a box anymore. also the service is not that good. and when you doordash it takes forever, and its cold AND THEY FORGET HALF YOUR ORDER!! they also always forget the sauce for the swiss sandwich.
