Terrible customer service. Two employees were extremely rude and unprofessional. I was given a burnt pretzel, and when I asked for a replacement, they refused in a disrespectful manner. One of them aggressively took the pretzel from me and threw it in the trash. Completely unacceptable behavior. I will not be returning to this location.

The most rudest people I’ve ever seen. I ask for mini hot dog pretzels. She said come back in 15 and when I did she was doing something else. And when I asked her how long to wait? She said it’s not gonna be soon. When I was trying to ask her why I waited in the first place? She said go back to your country and have good day.
closed, even though their hours say they should be open right now
Always good.
These are never open in service plazas anymore. Waste of time.
I love Auntie Anne's but when I went to this location they were not open and the people working at this location said no one worked there

Told us it would taken15mins for pretzels dogs and 20mins later they gave us burned ones. When we complained about it they at least refunded us.
The three ladies working there were in the front of the store just playing on their phones and talking to a friend when I arrived. It took 5 minutes for them to acknowledge me standing in front of the register.
Cashier was rude he saw me standing there ready to order he ignored me
I love this place
Was rather displeased at the quality of my pretzel dog. For over $8 for 1 hotdog and a small(maybe med) drink, was not worth the money. Pretzel was soggy on the bottom and undercooked on top. Dog was cooked but barely warm. For maybe $4 the combo would be worth it. But for over 8$ even Starbucks across the room has better offerings. Giving out a 2/5 cause the dipping sauce was pretty solid.
