Was making a seven hour journey from Kelley’s Island, OH to Northern Virginia. Decided to stop at this rest stop for some lunch. BIG MISTAKE!! I ordered my food on the kiosks, paid via credit card and waited. I along with at least 20-25 other customers waited 29 minutes for our food. At this one point, the manager had signs placed over the kiosk menu reader to stop taking orders. This was a failure on SO many levels. Seriously, if you stop here for food, bring a good book and a chair. You’ve been warned!

The extremely cocky and rude (assuming manager) said they are closed and when I said google says other wise she responded with “if you look it up it says 9pm we close” that’s weird cause I just told you I did and it says 24hrs Princess, she should be fired just for being rude but her lack of obvious knowledge is another good reason. Ate her once and was going to give a second chance which that will never happen, I’ll pay to get of the toll road and back on and go to pilot or a cheaper more friendly restaurant.

"Hours confirmed by business"...well it's clear this business doesn't care about customers. Long haul driver that went out of my way to stop here for breakfast (at 0600, which is when any fast food place that serves breakfast should have been open anyway) because the hours on here were "confirmed by the owner"... And it's closed. What a pathetic way to operate a business.

They've replaced their cashiers with self-order computers. None of the older customers can use these computers at all. Very sad. Restaurants need to stop doing this. The one employ who was visible (I think he was a manager) was extremely rude to everyone trying to use these pathetic food terminals.

Two different times in a week I have gone there on my lunch break and ordered an original chicken sandwich PLAIN and both times I got the sandwich and it was not PLAIN! The first time I had time to run in and get them to fix it but today i didn't have time! Please please explain how hard it is to take two pieces of bread and put a piece of chicken on it and wrap it up?!? GET IT TOGETHER PEOPLE! If you are not capable of making a PLAIN sandwich then fine another job!

It was a mistake to believe this Burger King was competent enough to be open at 7:45 in the morning.While other BK franchisees are going bankrupt citing inflation and low sales, these guys are sleeping in.

What a disappointment, and I'm a Burger King Fan. Huge sad face from me. Since I was already at the service plaza I decided I would get some food and have to make one less stop. Let me set something straight here, this is basically the only option most times in here. And it's not a happy experience. They have a scaled back, limited menu here. Combine that with a scaled back, limited staffing as well, and it turns into a slow show of how much an employee has to do here. With the limited menu I wasn't able to get my normal order and I had to ask what was available as the screens didn't really display everything. Even when I finally did decide what I wanted, it wasn't put together correctly and I didn't get exactly what I wanted. The wait time was a bit long. There was only one other order ahead of mine and it took nearly ten minutes for me to receive my fast food. Probably a reason this location sits in a service plaza.

This place was ridiculous! Food cold and nasty! Employees rude as hell! Wearing headphones, didn't say not one word to us, worthless! Would not have them employed with my business!
