Service is so so so so so slow and hit or miss. They're either really nice or really nasty.
The ice cream is alright. It's dairy queen so not the best but it's alright when you're driving past and want ice cream.

Employee's are very rude and disrespectful. Got our order totally wrong in the drive thru and when we told the young lady at the window about our order being wrong you would have thought we cursed her out. So we took the wrong order home a put it in the freezer hoping to return it the next day when the owner was there. After leaving several massages on the answering machine for the owner about our situation we received no return call. So unprofessional, such a shame im 55 years of age and probably been going to that Verona rd location since I was at least 10. Now I have to drive all the way to monroeville for our ice-cream fix. Never again . 4 days later and we still have the wrong order in our freezer.

Terrible service. Place was filthy, and took 30 minutes to mess up a hot dog order. The chili wasn’t even on the hot dog it was smeared all over the box

The girls working here on 6/8 were absolutley disrespectful and rude. Wrong order was put in and when we repeated the order again they got confused telling us something that was irrelevant. Rather than asking what the order was supposed to be they chose to argue. When I only stated in a firm manner of what the order was supposed to be. The worker told me to relax and that I got two chili dogs instead.. I had four people in the car. An absolute sham of a workforce at this location.
Yes I love the blizzard. I got brownie blizzard and a meal cheeseburger with fries.

Used to love going here since they’re close to home. But twice now in the last two weeks I’ve gone and they closed earlier than their posted hours both HERE and on the DQ website. I was there at 7:45 and they refused service saying they’re closing when it’s posted as 9pm. It’s just absurd. I’m not wasting my time going here anymore. I’ll be driving out of my way to go to a different store.
Update** I did send a complaint to DQ online, it went nowhere so don’t waste your time.
