The bathrooms were mostly clean, but only a portion of them were open. There are a few fast food spots inside, as well as a 7-11. The 7-11 were very unorganized and a mess. There are plenty of tables to sit at and a designated pet area outside.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful!! Order was placed and delivered promptly and perfectly as ordered. Seating area was very clean with plenty of seating to choose from.

Bathrooms are dirty , and there's only one restaurant, nasty burger king and the when I actually went to order breakfast the lady turned me off didn't know how to speak to the customers

The music they play at the Pittsburgh location is inappropriate for a Sunday morning at any morning. The manager told me they only had 2 channels and nothing they could do.I mentioned to use the third station being turn off.I will not eat at HMS against. There are other choices to eat .

Rest area is clean! Burger King, staff (Lynn) very rude. We were rushed to make our order. I received the wrong order. Lynn was rude taking back the order and insinuated that I took a bite/spit out the sandwich. I understand stand that food can be given back to other customers but there is a nicer way to say it.
