There is only one worker there who is exceptional and personable, seems like he actually cares. The rest just go through the motions, probably cause they know people won't stop coming because its a McDonald's and only fast food place in the area.

I ordered at the drive thru this morning and the sandwich was completely wrong and They forgot the breakfast burritos and I had to knock on the window to get their attention. They charged me for a steak McMuffin but gave me a bacon and egg bagel. Worst breakfast crew in the area. stay away

I eat here way to much since it's the only joint in verona and I can say 90 percent of the time food is hot and good. Compare this McDonald's to ones in penn hills or wilkensburg and verona one is 1 million times better

I used my app to purchase 2 breakfast sandwiches. When I got there, they said no order is in the system. After showing them my app and my receipt in my email (they personally had my phone in their hand to verify everything), they proceeded to tell me I still would not be getting my food and would have to contact McDonalds for a refund. ANY other business would have just made the food right away if it was because of their own system failing.
