The nice young lady that took our order was stuck working with the rudest barista I have ever encountered at the Verona travel center. First, she stood there arguing with the poor girl that took our order instead of making our 4 drinks! Then, she didn't make my daughters pink drink right and blamed the one that took the order... she wanted a pink drink, light ice, no strawberries... she gave her a refresher... when I nicely asked why there wasn't any coconut milk in it she argued...read full review
VERY friendly staff...FAST service! I prefer stopping at this Starbucks when heading from NY to see my family in Virginia
