The store looked open and operational. After using the restroom and seeing a Starbucks employee in the restroom I walked over to grab a coffee. There was no one by the register or upfront, so I waited and waited. A different employee walked up from behind me stating that they were closed and immediately walked into the back. I was completely ignored. The employee I saw in the restroom started to walk over and I said I was trying to get a business card or a manager‘s name to understand why the store looks completely operational, but there is no sign stating that it’s closed. A manager of the entire facility ended up walking out from the back room, which is frustrating enough because I was standing by the register for minutes without any acknowledgment. I also know that they do have cameras in the back so they have the ability to see if there are customers in line. Again, frustrating experience, especially coming from the manager of the entire facility itself. He stated that they were closed but will be open in a few minutes. They were dealing with a medical emergency in the back room, which is again frustrating. If there is something going on and there are multiple people available one person should be upfront telling people that the store is closed so there is no waste of time with the customer.

The stuff was unprofessional. I asked for a regular coffee she said to wait. Then she was chatting and laughing with her coworker doing nothing considering I was waiting alone in the line and they weren’t busy. That was a waste of mine time. I left with no coffee. Not friendly place at all
There were six workers and only one was working on drinks while the others grouped together talking about break timings. It seemed as if my order was forgotten because the people who had ordered after me had gotten their drinks but I did not. When I finally got my order it was all wrong I ordered a horchata latte with vanilla cold foam and whole milk and got a horchata oat milk shaken espresso without cold foam I don't usually drink oat milk because of the health affects so drinking this coffee has a risk that I did not pay for also I paid extra for that cold foam but they took so long in making my order that I didn't have time to get my order fixed considering this particular Starbucks was in a travel plaza with people stopping by for quick stops before getting back to their journeys your would think this location would run a bit faster. As a sidenote I overheard two people telling the baristas of prior bad experiences at this particular Starbucks. Overall very disappointed 😞 😢 I was really looking forward to my drink for my long journey ahead of this travel plaza.

I went here before closing but they said they couldn't give me food because they had just turned off their oven, it was 15 minutes before closing they also didn't heat up our hot drinks, so they were cold.

Terrible location with incredibly rude and nasty staff. Would not make my drink or refund me. Then stood there cussing me out and sassing me while I requested a refund on the Starbucks app. No manager to speak to on the phone and no name tags on the employees. This location also up charges for everything on the menu. Would give 0 stars if I could.
The cashier (Sunday 9/29/24 @ 8:04am) was rude. It would have been nice if he took his ear pods out so that he could actually hear me and take my order AND get the order right. I asked for help on my app as I didn’t have my glasses and he said “I don’t know how to navigate on the app.” Seriously…you work at Starbucks. We will never stop at this Starbucks again. I had to ask for a bag. How did he think I was going to carry 2 hot coffees and 2 breakfast sandwiches. Did I mention the sandwiches were wrong. I should have taken a picture of the sandwich….half the bacon was hanging out in the bag. So sloppy and pride in his work or customer service for that matter.

Literally takes 15 minutes for 1 coffee. The staff are on their phones chatting and not paying attention at all.

Terrible service. Barista acted annoyed that I was even there or that she had to greet and interact with customers. She made it clear that I was not wanted or even welcome as a customer.
Starbucks usually has great customer service and the staff is always helpful and I was always happy to pay more than other coffee shops and even tip on top of the high price. The one feature that kept me coming back everyday is gone and makes me never want to step into another Starbucks again.

I was not acknowledged by two females who were there doing nothing at all but just talking. I stood there almost for two minutes, but couldn’t even assist me. Worse employees. This happened on 02/17/24 around 12:25Am.

We were not acknowledged by Isaiah when we came to counter as the he was busy texting. He then looked up and stared at us, we gave our order and Isaiah proceeded to continue his texting while we got our payment out. Once I gave Isaiah the cash, he held it, resumed his texting and continued to text and get our change at the same time. I asked for a receipt, but he needed to respond to his most recent text prior to handing me the requested item!Help us all … the service industry needs to bypass hiring from this employee pool!!!
