Our family, as a rule, purchase a weekend meal, usually on a Sat night, from D’Sopranos, once a week. There is always something for each family member to choose from the menu each week, as one of their favorite selections. My preference is the baked spaghetti with extra sauce and cheese. It lasts several days as it is a large quantity of food, topped with homemade sauce and real cheese and also comes with a salad and bread. It is very delicious! The owner was kind enough to drive sauce out to my home, as we needed more. You can’t ask for better and more pleasant service than that! 5+ stars for this fine establishment 100 % of the time! Product used to be great - but now questionable at best. Customer service was good, but now SUCKS Atmosphere always friendly.....but that doesn't really matter when you get food you didn't order and it's blamed on you BY THE OWNER, or product is cold, stale, or x-tra greasy. After patronizing this place for MANY years, it's obviously time to move on to someplace NOT affiliated (no more XXXX-oregano) !!!

Bread had a spot of mold on it. Called to let them know and give them a chance to make it right. Maybe a free antipasto next time. They said yeah we see it on other bread. Next time you come in we'll give you free bread lol keep it.

The cheesesteaks used to be the best now they are quite possibly the worst in the area
Over an hr and a half to deliver a pizza when we live 5 minutes away. Another time I prepaid for the order and they didn't even give me a minute to walk down before they set my pizza on the sidewalk. Absolutely terrible customer service. Food is alright though

Veal Parmesan sandwich, nothing fresh about it, frozen patties deep fried mushy inside, cheese steak no flavor,ask for fried onions can't even see onions,the only thing that I think is freshly made is pizza...the rest is frozen,pasta fridged for weeks B4 use.Just my thoughts!¡!!
